Gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate chip cookies recipe

These homemade chocolate chip cookies are free of gluten and dairy, but you’d never be able to tell! They are so sweet and have a wonderful texture! My kids declared them the “best cookies EVER”, though they say that about every cookie. 😉

Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe



  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda together in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet, approximately 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake at 350° for 8-11 minutes until they just start to brown.
  8. Let cool on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling racks.
