I’ve recently developed a love for smoothies. More of an obsession, really. I have at least one per day! They make such a great morning or afternoon snack.
Smoothies are just so versatile and easy to make! While I do love a big ‘ole green smoothie with lots of good-for-you ingredients, my absolute favorite smoothie is this simple 3-ingredient fruit smoothie.
This is also a great base for a smoothie because you can add anything to it from here. I sometimes add a little beet kvass, spinach, other berries, coconut oil, or anything else I feel like “sneaking” into our diets. Though, most of the time, we just have the basic recipe and we love it! No need to make things any more complicated than they need to be, right? Simplicity can be wonderful.
