Simple Greek Salad Dressing

I'm seriously craving a salad now!! This Greek salad dressing is crazy good and is so simple to make!

My ideal salad is a big chef salad with ranch dressing. LOTS of ranch dressing.

But my second favorite salad is a Greek salad! I especially love Greek salad dressing – this Greek salad dressing to be precise!

It’s so delicious and full of flavor! And most importantly – it’s simple and easy!

We love garlic in our house and use quite a bit, so if you’re not crazy about garlic, maybe start with 1-2 cloves and add more if you wish!

For my Greek salad I usually include fresh spinach, feta cheese, and red onions. Other common toppings include sliced cucumber, black olives, and tomatoes. Use whatever you like; this dressing would be good with just about anything!

Simple Greek Salad Dressing

  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped (or 2 tsp dried oregano)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil

  1. Mix together all ingredients except olive oil.
  2. Slowly pour in olive oil while simultaneously whisking it in with the other ingredients.
  3. Toss with your salad.
